This is the story of our precious daughter, Sara Rose. She was born at 27 weeks. This details our journey as a family through the ups and downs of this situation. She is our 3rd daughter, she has hydrocephalus and now lives with a shunt. She is home now and her older sisters adore her. Here we are, living and depending on the strength and grace of our Father in Heaven.
We are SOOOO praying and hoping little sara is a trooper. we too have a preemie,he was born at 27 weeks 5 days. There are many ups and downs, hang in there the ride can be unpleasant at times. Our little boy is now 4 years old-I pray that your family will have our story to tell too!
ReplyDeleteI am praying for Sara! I'm so sorry that she is going through this. My little girl, Katie, contracted Group B Strep Meningitis at 18 days old. We almost lost her and have many developmental questions. I know, too well, where you are right now and know how scary it is.
ReplyDeleteMy thought are with you and your little one.
Sweet Sara brings back a flood of memories for me. My Zachary was born at 28 weeks 5 days and today he is a happy, healthy 10 month old. Hang in there! Praying for more highs than lows, Sara's doctors and nurses and especially for her mommy and daddy.
ReplyDeleteWe're praying everything goes well tomorrow. I'm glad Abigail & Emma Grace got to see her today!
