  8. I am so very happy for ya'll but saddened as well; Sara holds a very special place in my heart. Sara is a very special little girl and is more than lucky to have family as great as ya'll. Your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers.....If ya'll ever need anything( even to ask a simple question), my phone is always on. With Love, Nurse Courtney

  10. I don't even know how I found your blog, but I have been following it since Sara was born. I have 2 27 weekers so her story has been dear to my heart.

I have prayed for this day for you and your family! God Bless you all. Going home is such an amazing feeling. Don't be surprised if you feel like you are commiting a crime as you drive out of the parking lot with her in your car! :)

I wish you all the very best.
